Founding Partner of Latorre y Vegas Economists Auditores, S.L.P. and Latorre y Asociados Consultoría, S.L., has a vast professional experience in bankruptcy administration as a court-appointed auditor in the suspension of payments processes, bankruptcy proceedings arrangements with creditors.

He is a member of the Official Spanish Register of Account Auditors (ROAC), the Register of Auditor Economists (REA), the Register of Fiscal Advisor Economists (REAF), the Association of Accounting and Administration Experts (AECA) and the Spanish Association of Fiscal Advisors (AEDAF).

He has taught courses on bankruptcy proceedings at the Economist Associations of Madrid, Murcia, Albacete, Oviedo, Valladolid, at the Lawyers Association of Madrid, as well as for different private entities (ICADE, Universidad Europea de Madrid, etc.)
