The Legal area, together with Liria & Veiga Abogados, perfectly understands the needs of the companies and law firms with which we collaborate. The objective is none other than offering legal certainty to our clients in their business transactions.

We advise our clients from the corporate point of view, through the lead of the secretary focused on the correct form of agreements by the governing body (Shareholders’ meetings, sole shareholder and management bodies). In this sense, we prepare the necessary documents for adopting corporate agreements of all kinds (appointments and resignations of directors, capital increases and reductions, distribution of dividends and reserves, bylaws amendments, etc.), as well as public deeds and other accessory elements until the complete execution of the agreements.

We also accompany our clients in their commercial contracting processes and in their corporate transactions (SPA, mergers, transmissions of activity brunch, winding up, etc.), both in distress or solvency scenarios; and we provide legal assistance in pre-insolvency situations and bankruptcy proceedings, both to debtor companies and to creditors for the advocacy of their credits and interests.

Finally, we defend the interests of our clients before Courts and Tribunals.
